1. Proven work experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in the IT industry.
2. Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
4. Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
5. Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques, such as process modeling, data analysis, and requirements management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
